Unlike our competitors, we do not make you race with your phone in hand. You can seamlessly and easily pair your GPS or smart watch to the Taper platform. If you do not have a smart watch, you are given the option to record runs manually with proof of activity.
Seamlessly Track Activities
Registrants get their own unique profile that they can customize and change. As they train, their activity ports automatically into the custom race day app. Race directors can also send catch-all or targeted push notifications to all or one of your users.
Register and Compete
Registration for challenges and races is easy and only takes seconds. All major credit and debit cards are accepted using Stripe. Leading up to an in person or virtual race, users complete training challenges and submit their results by designating select activities from their profile.
Win Premium Swag
Participants can win random weekly giveaways after completing challenges and virtual races. While all registrants receive a race shirt, only participating registrants are eligible to win premium swag.
Apply Filters and Repost Pictures
After completing each challenge or race, participants can apply custom filters. They have the option to show their performance and/or graphics that are specific to the virtual challenge and race series. Taper's interface makes it easy for users to download or repost pictures on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media sites.
Purchase Exclusive Gear
Registrants that use the mobile platform get access to exclusive gear drops. Because new gear drops on the race app first, users get to order preferred styles and sizes before they sellout elsewhere.
